Your order

I run my art business on my own, I am working my hardest to respond to all messages, enquiries and orders. I apologise if there are any delays and I appreciate your patience and understanding. All orders are wrapped and packaged securely but please be careful when opening parcels not to use anything sharp as this will damage the painting.

I try to make sure the colours depicted on the screen are true to the colours in real life. Some may be slightly different but not too much.

Paying in instalments

You will initially pay the deposit. You will then be sent another link via email 4 days after your purchase regarding the remaining payment.

Returns and exchanges

I can’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will try to resolve them.

Shipping

I ship worldwide as I would love for everyone around the world to enjoy my creations. Your order will be tracked and I will provide you with a tracking number once I have posted it. Depending on where you live posting prices vary and this will be calculated at checkout. All artworks are thoroughly checked before shipping.
